1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your rental of the podcast studio (The DUBAI PODCAST STUDIO") operated by [Dubai Podcast Studio] - "The Company" By booking the Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not rent the Studio.

   2.Studio Rental​

Dubai Podcast Studio agrees to provide the studio to you for the period of time specified in your booking confirmation. You agree to use the Studio for lawful purposes only and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

   3.Payment

You agree to pay the rental fee specified in your booking confirmation. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Payment must be made by a method accepted by the Company

   4.Cancellation - Rescheduling Policy
- In Case of Refunds we repay 50% only if you tell us 24h before your session - It is considered as a loss if we are not alerted before
- If you need to reschedule it is free before 24hrs of the start of the session.
- If you reschedule last minute you need to pay 150AED and up to 3hrs before the session it is considered as a loss.
(Before 3 hours of the start of the session you can reschedule but after that it is considered a loss.) The reason being is that we do online advertising and when we block a session it is reserved for you but last minute cancelation it is a loss as we cannot find anyone to replace it.
- You have Max two rescheduling per session the third time it is considered as a loss

   5.Equipment

Dubai Podcast Studio will provide the equipment specified in your booking confirmation. You agree to use the equipment in a reasonable and responsible manner and to return it in the same condition in which it was received. You are responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by you or your guests.

 

   6.Liability and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Studio or any equipment provided by the Company. You agree to assume all risks associated with your use of the Studio and any equipment provided by the Company.

   7.Guests

You may bring guests to the Studio, provided that you are responsible for their behavior and adherence to these Terms of Service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of the actions of your guests.

   8.Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that any content created by you or your guests during your use of the Studio is your sole responsibility and that you own all intellectual property rights in such content. You agree not to use any copyrighted or trademarked material without the express permission of the owner.

9.Privacy

You agree that the Company may use any images or recordings taken in the Studio for promotional purposes. You also agree to respect the privacy of other Studio users and not to take or use any images or recordings of them without their express permission.

 10.Preparation

When booking the studio, you agree to use it for the time of the booking, in case you booked it for 1 hour the preparation time (Make-Up – Change Clothes and Change of Set-Up) should be within this time frame - no extra time shall be given. We recommend you to come on time and leave on time for the respect of the next customers

 11.Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in these Terms of Service.

 12.Image Rights

By renting the podcast studio, the client acknowledges and agrees that the content produced during the recording session may be used by the studio for promotional purposes on social media platforms unless the studio receives a written notice from the client stating otherwise. The client retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the content produced during the recording session

 13.Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the use of the Studio and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Company.

By booking the Studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
