Cancellation Policy

 4.Cancellation - Rescheduling Policy - In Case of Refunds we repay 50% only if you tell us 24h before your session - It is considered as a loss if we are not alerted before - If you need to reschedule it is free before 24hrs of the start of the session. - If you reschedule last minute you need to pay 150AED and up to 3hrs before the session it is considered as a loss. (Before 3 hours of the start of the session you can reschedule but after that it is considered a loss.) The reason being is that we do online advertising and when we block a session it is reserved for you but last minute cancelation it is a loss as we cannot find anyone to replace it. - You have Max two rescheduling per session the third time it is considered as a loss
