Cancellation Policy
Cancellation - Rescheduling Policy: - In Case of Refunds we repay 50% only if you tell us 24h before your session - It is considered as a loss if we are not alerted before - If you need to reschedule it is free before 24hrs of the start of the session. - If you reschedule last minute you need to pay 150AED and up to 3hrs before the session it is considered as a loss. (Before 3 hours of the start of the session you can reschedule but after that it is considered a loss.)
